Toyota Connected Vehicles Customer Portal
For their 2017 and previous year models, Toyota approached SiriusXM Connected Vehicles to produce a portal for customers and dealers to select subscription services they may want with a new or used car purchase. After implementing the 2017 portal, I worked with the Sirius UX team to put together a proposal to streamline the package subscription process and ease the use of the portal for customers and dealers alike.
Mobile Experience
The previous portal, while it adhered to Toyota's requirements, had gotten bogged down by multiple edits and steps for users to take to finish enrolling in a service subscription, and dropoff rates were increasing with the continued addition of changes. The new proposal streamlined the enrollment process by incorporating the steps into a one-page design in which the major sections acted in an accordion fashion as the user moved through the process. I worked specifically on improving the UI and incorporating a new enterprise-standard flow with help from team members Maegan Kemp and Vanessa de Abreau.
