Autonomous Vehicle Subscription Concept

With autonomous vehicles becoming more of a reality in the near future, the UX team at SiriusXM Connected Vehicles wanted to do some brainstorming on how Connected Vehicles could shift to keep up with the changing automobile environment. These storyboards were used to help non-UX team members think about how users will spend time in their vehicles when they no longer have to devote attention to driving the vehicle.

 

In-Vehicle E-Commerce Concept

Another concept I was tasked with helping to create and storyboard for Connected Vehicles was the idea of using in-vehicle head units as a means of e-commerce for users. In this specific example, users would be able to order coffee or food ahead through their head unit and pick it up quickly on their way to their destination. This storyboarding process helped non-UX team members to focus on the overall experience of in-vehicle e-commerce rather than just the experience on the head unit itself.
