Diving Into UX: Redesigning the DART App
Over the past few months I've been working to redirect my focus as a designer onto the digital side. I am super interested in UX, particularly in UI, and so am embarking on a project to redesign the DART app. DART is Dallas's public transportation system, and it's app is, well ... it needs some love.
Over the course of this process I'll be creating user flows, personas, wireframes, and finally, a prototype. Everything is in the beginning stages at the moment, but I'd like to share a few sketches of some possibilities for the UI and the user flows. These are very preliminary and I need to conduct some user research to create accurate personas and subsequently user flows and wireframes, but take a look at what's been sketched up so far.
